Elisa is an Italian who has been living in Luxembourg since 2016. She resides in the village of Senningen with her husband and their two daughters, Camilla and Olivia.
She works at EIPA, a European institute dedicated to high-level training, and is also a committed yoga teacher. For Elisa, yoga is both a practice and a philosophy—particularly meaningful for those balancing the demands of family and professional life.
Her teaching is shaped not only by her studies but also by her personal experience: the daily effort to remain rooted in yoga while navigating work, motherhood, and personal development.
This honest and shared journey allows her to connect deeply with her students.
She is especially drawn to strong, alignment-based styles of yoga that are enriched with philosophical insight. Elisa offers community classes, private sessions, workshops, and retreats, all inspired by the grounding and vitality that yoga brings to everyday life.
